Please provide a copy of your PACIFIC CALLS receipt for a full refund; without a PACIFIC CALLS receipt we can only issue an exchange. We can only offer a refund on calls that have a manufactured defect, defective in function, or natural defect like wood splitting, etc. If you are mailing an item to us, please take a minute to fill out a note with your name, a physical return address, phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. PACIFIC CUSTOM CALLS cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable. If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. If we cannot exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a Gift Card.
